We know how challenging it can be to leave behind the comfort and familiarity of home. Through Vincent’s military career, our family experienced frequent training assignments, temporary duty, and PCS relocations. Cynthia’s career advancement also required weeks or months of training away from home.
Those experiences shaped our commitment to the small details that help guests feel settled. Whether we are serving a traveling healthcare professional, insurance adjuster, corporate employee, construction professional, developer, military member, or relocating family, our goal is to create a genuine home away from home.

What guests should know.
Fully furnished accommodations include a complete kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, utilities, starter household essentials, and professionally maintained living spaces.
The standard stay is 30 days to 6 months. Longer stays may be available depending on property availability and the guest’s specific housing needs.
Current monthly rates are $1,650 for an Executive Master Suite, $1,550 for an Executive Private Room, and $4,000 for an Entire Furnished Executive Home. Final pricing, availability, deposits, cleaning charges, and other approved amounts are confirmed in the written quote and lease.
Electricity, water, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi are included for normal residential use within the allowances stated in the lease. The current lease allows up to $250 per billing month for household electricity and up to $150 per month for water, sewer, and trash before an excess amount may be allocated as provided in the lease.
A $150 move-out cleaning charge applies to every tenant. It covers proper room cleaning, return-to-ready preparation, and removal of left-behind items from the shared bathroom and common areas. Optional mid-stay cleaning and kitchen restocking may also be available for $150 per service.
The housing is intended to remain quiet and professional. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–9:00 AM. Smoking, vaping, parties, unapproved gatherings, illegal activity, and sharing electronic access codes are prohibited. The signed lease and property-specific rules control each stay.
Pets are not allowed. Service animals and other assistance-animal requests are handled as required by applicable law and the signed lease.
Yes. Skylar works with insurance companies and policyholders who need furnished housing during covered repairs, renovations, or displacement situations.
Yes. Corporate billing may be available for qualified businesses, government agencies, insurance companies, and relocation partners.
No. Availability and application information are reviewed together. A booking is confirmed only after application approval, lease completion, and required payment.
